We try to send your purchase by courier within 24 hours of payment being made. Furniture will be packaged and sent within 3 days of purchase. We use NZ post courier for our small to medium size products. NZ Post items are sent on overnight courier from Monday-Friday, however if your item was sent on Friday, you will not receive it until Monday in the North Island, and probably Tuesday in the South Island. Allow an extra few days if rural delivery or South Island is involved. We will send a tracking number as soon as your Items have been shipped.

We will only refund damaged goods if reported within 24hours of you receiving your item.

Sorry, but we do not ship overseas, New Zealand mainland only.

Please do not supply us with a PO BOX number.

FURNITURE

For furniture deliveries please note that we use Mainfreight who will deliver your item to the closest point their vehicle can get to. They will not assist in carrying the item inside and will not unpack the item. They are a door to driveway freight company, so we strongly advise that you have two people on hand to help load heavy pieces of furniture into your home. This enables us to get the best possible freight price. 

We will send you a tracking number when your piece has been sent.

North Island deliveries are normally made within 7 days, South Island deliveries can take up to 14 days depending on truck connections.

Please do not contact us if your furniture item has not been delivered until it is outside these time frames.

Product and Packing Guarantees: If your delivery has been damaged in transit, you must notify the freight / trucking company. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you.
